THIS ALBUM IS NOT SUITED FOR WORKING OUT!1!1!!
I bought this album to pop it in my portable record player when going on a run at 4 AM. I was hoping it would boost my heart rate since sleeprunning is not the best form of excercise for cardio.
Anyways the rythm constantly changing, leaving me a confused mess, I just simply can't stay asleep while running. I mean the songs are great, the press is superb but this album is at its best false advertising and at its worst an amazing album! Favorite track: Spice Girls.

Lev The whole thing is a high intensity instrumental braingasm. Favorite track: Don't Hassle the Hoff.
